Reiki Sessions at Still Becoming Coaching & Reiki offer a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above-the-body) experience designed to help your nervous system finally exhale. As a Reiki Master and retired Air Force veteran with over two decades of counseling experience, I create a calm, safe environment where you can set down the weight you have been carrying and let your body and mind reset.
During your session, you remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on a massage table or seated in a chair. Through light touch or hovering hands, I guide healing energy to areas of tension and imbalance. Many clients describe feeling warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of peace as their bodies move out of constant "fight or flight" and into a state of rest and repair.
Reiki can be especially supportive if you are dealing with ongoing stress, emotional heaviness, mental overload, or difficulty sleeping. Sessions may help ease anxiety, soften muscle tightness, and bring a gentle clarity to your thoughts. You do not have to talk through every detail of what you are going through-Reiki allows space for quiet, internal release.
For those who prefer not to travel or who need flexible scheduling, I also offer distance Reiki sessions online, which can be just as effective for relaxation and energetic support. Whether in person or virtual, your session begins with a brief check-in so I understand how you are feeling and what you would like support with, and ends with time to ground and reflect.
